Monika Filip-Prescher supports Covered Entities (CEs) of all types in managing their 340B program compliance and optimization. Monika’s extensive experience with 340B programs, including retail and hospital pharmacy operations and regulatory expertise, provides clients with the important skills and knowledge they need to protect and grow their programs.

Monika works closely with clients to reduce costs, and her focus includes analyzing purchasing patterns, managing pharmacy vendors, training pharmacy personnel, managing budgets, ensuring 340B compliance audits, and creating policy updates. She helps clients implement system-wide changes to ensure accurate medication charges, minimize waste and provide the highest quality of documentation.

Before joining Visante, Monika was the 340B Drug Pricing Program Coordinator at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Conn. At Hartford, she also served in the roles of 340B Data Analyst, Controlled Substance Technician and Senior Pharmacy Technician.

Monika is a 340B ACE, state-licensed pharmacy technician and national certified pharmacy technician. She is also an EPIC platform super-user. Monika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bay Path University and anticipates earning a Master’s degree in Business Administration in May
