LaCresha “Cree” Hester, CPhT, 340B ACE, supports Visante clients to reach their compliance goals and achieve Program excellence. Cree’s proactive attention to detail, analytical skills and problem-solving skills are valuable assets for Visante’s clients.

Prior to joining Visante, Cree was a 340B Program Analyst with Ascension Health Wisconsin. She was responsible for ensuring compliance with Program requirements. She performed monthly and quarterly self-audits to ensure data integrity and software functionality. Cree also supported cost savings and system improvements within Ascension and assisted with the execution of contracts between hospitals and contracted pharmacies.

Cree also has experience working for OptumRx where she responded to inquiries from members, pharmacies and providers related to eligibility, benefit interpretation, claim status, drug coverage, pharmacy claims adjudication support and prior authorizations.

She brings experience with multiple Electronic Medical Records (Epic, Cerner and Meditech) and Third Party Administrators. She has worked as a pharmacy technician in retail, inpatient hospital, long-term care, PBM and 340B settings.
