Our Team

Herolind Jusufi (PharmD, MS) is a senior consultant at Visante specializing in specialty pharmacy and infusion strategy optimization.

Most recently, Herolind was the interim manager at UW Health for medical prior authorizations, where he led process improvements to decrease the time needed for therapy initiation. Herolind also worked as the Interim Manager at East Madison Hospital, where he led inpatient/outpatient operational and clinical services for an orthopedic and acute rehab hospital.

Herolind completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. During his time there, he proved highly productive in developing a system plan for infusion services and budget planning for outpatient oncology and investigational drug services cost centers. He also coordinated the Health-System Pharmacy Administration seminar series for residents and pharmacy department leaders.

Herolind earned a PharmD and an MS in Health-System Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
