Our Team

As Controller of Visante, Dan Reding provides financial management for the firm. In this role, he is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, financial reporting, budgeting and long-range strategic planning, and regulatory financial filings. Dan also supports the development and execution of business plans, provides decision support, and optimizes resource deployment.

Prior to joining Visante, Dan served as regulatory Controller at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing two insurance companies. Before that, Dan was with ING Reliastar and had management roles in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, financial reporting, and cost and budget.

Dan received an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. He passed the CPA exam in Minnesota.
