Before joining Visante, Shannon was Administrative Assistant to Kristin Fox-Smith supporting her work at IU Health.  In this capacity she coordinated various computer applications including the creation of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.  She assisted with the Inmar Accounts Receivable management program which included reporting for claims write-offs and unapplied cash review. For several years before joining Diebold, Shannon was Accounts Payable Clerk/Payroll Clerk and Assistant Property Manager for Property Management Systems.  In this position she supported the company’s various condominium associations and managed a number of residential properties. She was instrumental in the implementation of the Yardi Voyager software that provides specialized support for property management companies.

Following graduation from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Behavioral Science and Health, Shannon was hired by her alma mater as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Risk Management Department of the Office of Budget & Analysis as well as doing special projects for the Vice President for Administrative Services. While still a student, she served as Accounting and Payroll clerk at Mountain States Bindery.
