Our Team

Rachel Frazier, 340B ACE, is an Associate Consultant at Visante who supports all aspects of client project management and team members, both internal and external. Her facilitation and communication background will support our clients by ensuring that attention to detail and timely project management remains at the forefront of all 340B compliance support. 

Most recently, Rachel was with FosterAdopt Connect, a Missouri-based nonprofit organization that provides services to families involved with the child welfare system. Specifically, Rachel was a Kinship Navigation Specialist, whose role was to work with relatives or family friends taking care of children that were not their own. These families were able to access short-term financial support, legal support, and assistance with essential resources (e.g. food, clothing, and school supplies to provide stability to the placement provider and help prevent the relocation of the children.  

Prior to this, Rachel was employed by the State of Missouri as a child abuse and neglect investigator. This position required Rachel to have an in-depth understanding of Missouri’s child welfare laws, as well as the ability to manage anywhere from 25-50 reports. 

Rachel graduated from Truman State University in August of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology, as well as a minor in criminal justice.
